Fernando Serpa started his career as a service technician for machinery manufacturing companies. He founded Serpa Packaging Solutions in 1981. Originally named FMS Manufacturing, Fernando's initials, he discovered another manufacturer in a similar industry with the same name and changed the company name to avoid confusion. SPS is located in the central California community of Visalia. Serpa Packaging has grown steadily over the past 25+ years with a strong focus on customer service due to Fernando's service background. We are a proud part of our community and frequently give back to its members.
